Fitness: Quick Workouts

We all have those days when we feel like we don't have time to exercise. However, if you have twenty minutes to spend on Facebook or Pinterest, you have twenty minutes to work out. Today I just want to share with you some short workouts, all twenty minutes or less, that you can easily fit into your busy schedule.
This workout doesn't require any equipment, yet it will work your whole body. I like workouts like this that target all the main areas of your body. This workout is really short, so you have time to warm up, do the workout, and cool down on those really busy days!
Here's a really quick workout that targets the abs. It'll only take a few minutes, but it's enough to start a burn. Again you don't need any equipment, but I would recommend using a yoga mat or making sure you're on a carpet so you don't feel your spine digging into the floor.
I love these countdown workouts! You are motivated by the fact that you have to do less reps as you go on! If you're a beginner and can't get all the way through at once, take a short rest, and then get back at it.
This workout won't take you long, but it'll burn 100 Calories! Quick little energy burst workouts like this speed up your metabolism so that you burn more throughout the day.
